The birthday girl listening to everyone singing
Liana's Elmo cake.
Alright, enough singing. Let's get down to business...
Once Sammy found out none of the presents were for him, he was out for a nap with Michelle.
Hmmm.
Opening presents with Mommy.
Liana and Mikey checking out her new Duplos from Grampa.
Give her some decent weather and a pair of shoes, she's good to go on this slide for an hour.
More presents on birthday morning thanks to Auntie Amy and Uncle Bill.

Do I have something on my face?
Liana is feeling like a big shot with her new lip gloss.
Focus, Sammy, focus.

R.I.P. "M-P" Bunny
Many of you only had a brief relationship with our lovable Mutant-Psycho Bunny, but we hope it was a memorable one. He / she / it will never be the same. Shannon attempted to de-wedge him from underneath a large object and inadvertantly be-headed the little guy. In one hand she held his little head with only one eye, and in the other his body, with only a fistfull of wires where his head once perched. Liana seemed only mildly upset. "Wha happen??"

Trying to put M-P bunny back together again...to no avail.
Never mind how tired Daddy is when he comes home from work, it's always time to circle the apartment in the toy basket (headless "M-P" bunny is enjoying the ride as well).
Spring is here (finally)!
Now that she can climb the playground equipment by herself, she really could care less if we're there or not. But she is always excited to play with Sammy.
I'll be sliding, too, before you know it.

The sound of children laughing is the happiest sound in the world.
When the children laughing just happen to be related to you, it's just perfect.
First, let me compliment the narrator for retaining his 'adult' voice throughout his narration. (see the 'what is it' comment in the present opening)
Second, this is - perhaps - the longest single blog update in the history of the internet.
Third, WOW! Both kids are adorable, apparently accomplished for their respective ages, and are obviously happy in their loving surroundings.
Excellent post, thanks Floods!

First, I could respond if I could actually understand this comment.
Second, um, I don't have a second. I'll get back to you.
Too funny! And Sammy is getting so big!
